I had a bad experience in US bank regarding waiting time. I am at the bank door at 9 am to make a wire transferring and Amanda greets me , then she told me it will be 10 minutes and I will be with you, although the bank was empty with no customers. I waited 30 minutes to do my wire transfer. It was slow customer service. I feel disappointed to be US bank customer.
