If I could give a 0 I would. What bank won’t try to help you set up a new account snd says they are too busy with no appointments available Kiara!!!

This Bank does not take responsibilities for its errors. I got a car loan through Huntington National Bank and in that car loan Financial agreement I paid for gap insurance 2 years later my daughter totals the vehicle my auto insurance pay their portion within 2 weeks but the gap insurance could not pay because Huntington Bank put two different loan amounts on two different documents gap insurance could not pay because they did not know which loan amount to go by it took six long months and numerous phone calls to finally get to them to see their error in those months I did not make car payments.(I shouldn’t of have had to)they would have gotten paid promptly by gap insurance if they hadn’t made the clerical error. But instead of accepting responsibility for their error they sent it over to collection and reported it to the three credit bureaus. I would not suggest anyone doing business with this Bank. And in my View it deserves zero Stars
