I have been trying to make a principal only payment on my loan for 3 weeks. Their new computer system doesn’t give them any option but to make payments. Their only response to take my 2300$as payment then call the 1800 # when it posts wrong and see if I can get it fixed.They have seemed very irritable when I have demanded my check back twice .why twice? The main bank told me to make my payment in a new billing cycle and I could make a payment on principal. When that failed, the willow branch told me to make it after the principal only payment. The willow branch is at least honest that they don’t know and further, they don’t care. I have been with them since 1984.
