Why is there such disparity between full service branches in the Springfield, VA area? There is only one and I must drive over 10 miles to get to it. Yet there are six full service branches between Oakton and McLean, VA. When will Capital One realize that there new banking system does not work and reopen local full service branches for its remaining customers?
