Today I am heading to this branch to clear everything out of this branch. A terrible excuse for a bank. Unfriendly, unhelpful, no drive thru so you wait in a line until the one, or if you are lucky…two tellers can help you. You cannot get questions answered or problems solved. After talking to friends, their BOA branches are not like this. After reading the reviews for 5th street I realize that I am not the only one having trouble at this branch. The problem at hand is do I go to a branch farther away or just change banks? For today…I have decided to end my frustration and clear out. Life is way to short to be upset with a bank when there are so many around!
