I have had a account with BOA for numerous years!!!!! Never have a encountered a blatant DISREGUARD for A PERSON OF MINORITY. I come in to the bank, wait in line like everyone else there just needing to get whenever I need done. It’s my turn to go to one of the tellers and a lady who was already helped, who had already left the building comes back in and get back in line behind me. Mind you she She already got what she needed done at first and she comes in to get something else. I’m thinking I’m next because like everyone else I’m waiting in line……… and the teller asked the lady BEHIND me to come up and if she needed help! I tell her politely that I was next in line and I was next to receive help, and she response was “ Oh she was in here before and I was helping her”. So I’m standing in there dumbfounded and not wanting to cause a scene or get mad at the Act of PREJUDICE I just encountered. If this is not DISCRIMINATION I do not know what is!!!!??? I WILL not be coming back to this Bank of America and I WILL be telling ANYONE and EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO this Bank of America! And to top it all When I actually got the help I needed, before I leave to teller tells me “Hasta la Vida” (I’m Native American smh)
