Because the lady at the desk named Maryian could not interpret plain and simple English, I had to take my business to another institution. She didn’t understand what I was talking about and misinterpreted what I had said into a completely different circumstance. She did not have enough English competency to work in a position such as hers. I’m surprised how she gets by working for a company such as Bank of America.
